SHIPPING

A4 prints are shipped via regular Australia post, which does not include a tracking number. 

All prints larger than A4 are classed as packages, and will include a tracking number. If you wish to register your parcels or select express post, please email me beforehand so I can arrange this at a further cost. 

To make sure your gorgeous purchase arrives safely, A4 and A3 size prints are wrapped in a cello bag in a rigid flat envelope to prevent creases or tears.

Larger prints such as A2 or A1 are rolled up and packaged in a mailing tube. 

We cannot be responsible for items that are lost or damaged while in the shipping process. If you have any concerns, please make sure you email me beforehand and request registered post.

RETURNS

Unfortunately we do not accept returns simply for a change of mind. 

If you do need to return a print, you will have 14 days from the postage date, and items are to be posted at your own cost. Please email your order number and reason for return. Once we have received the item in the original condition we will issue your refund.

We regret that we are unable to refund any shipping costs under any circumstance.

Cancellation Policy
Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, a pre-order or try before you buy. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.

Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it.
If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.
